Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 lb elbow macaroni or shells, cooked
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 12 oz bacon, cooked and crumbled
Method
- Add the chicken breasts to your crockpot and season with ranch seasoning, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Add the cream cheese and chicken broth. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours, or until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
- Shred the chicken directly in the crockpot and mix everything together until creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and half-and-half. Stir until everything is well combined.
- Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the top, cover, and let everything sit for 10–15 minutes until the cheese is melted and heated through.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
