Ingredients
- 2–3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt, to taste Pepper, to taste 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1–2 tbsp Kinder’s Buttery Garlic & Herb seasoning
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese
- 1 (15 oz) jar Alfredo sauce
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 10 lasagna noodles, broken
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Add chicken to crockpot
- Season the chicken
- Add cream cheese and Alfredo sauce
- Add chicken broth
- Cook on high for 3 hours
- Shred chicken
- Add broken lasagna noodles and cook 20 minutes
- Add mozzarella and Parmesan and stir until melted
- Serve hot
