Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 lb elbow macaroni or shells, cooked
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  4. Add the cooked pasta, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and half-and-half. Stir until everything is well combined.
  5. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the top, cover, and let everything sit for 10–15 minutes until the cheese is melted and heated through.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy.
