Ingredients
  

  • 2–3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt, to taste Pepper, to taste 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1–2 tbsp Kinder’s Buttery Garlic & Herb seasoning
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese
  • 1 (15 oz) jar Alfredo sauce
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 10 lasagna noodles, broken
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Equipment

  • 1 Crockpot

Method
 

  1. Add chicken to crockpot
  2. Season the chicken
  3. Add cream cheese and Alfredo sauce
  4. Add chicken broth
  5. Cook on high for 3 hours
  6. Shred chicken
  7. Add broken lasagna noodles and cook 20 minutes
  8. Add mozzarella and Parmesan and stir until melted
  9. Serve hot
