Tender Cajun chicken, peppers, and penne pasta tossed in a rich creamy parmesan sauce.

Ingredients
- 2-3 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 12 oz penne pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Cajun seasoning
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- salt and pepper
- fresh parsley
Method
- Boil penne pasta until al dente and drain.
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook chicken in olive oil until browned and fully cooked.
- Add onions, peppers, and garlic and cook until softened.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Mix in cooked pasta and simmer briefly.
- Garnish with parsley and extra parmesan before serving.
