Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp Kinder’s Buttery Garlic & Herb seasoning
- 1 small onion
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 12 oz egg noodles, cooked
- 1/2-1 cup heavy cream
Method
- Place chicken breasts into crockpot and season.
- Add onion, carrots, and celery.
- Pour in cream soup and broth without mixing.
- Cook until chicken is fully tender.
- Shred chicken directly in crockpot.
- Add cooked noodles and heavy cream.
- Allow mixture to thicken slightly before serving.
- Serve warm.
