Crockpot Chicken & Noodles

Creamy crockpot chicken and noodles loaded with tender shredded chicken and vegetables.

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Kinder’s Buttery Garlic & Herb seasoning
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 12 oz egg noodles, cooked
  • 1/2-1 cup heavy cream

Method
 

  1. Place chicken breasts into crockpot and season.
  2. Add onion, carrots, and celery.
  3. Pour in cream soup and broth without mixing.
  4. Cook until chicken is fully tender.
  5. Shred chicken directly in crockpot.
  6. Add cooked noodles and heavy cream.
  7. Allow mixture to thicken slightly before serving.
  8. Serve warm.
