Step 1: Add Chicken
Add the chicken breasts to the crockpot and spread them out evenly.
Step 2: Season Chicken
Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, Kinder’s Caramelized Onion Butter seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Step 3: Add Cream Cheese
Place the block of cream cheese on top of the chicken.
Step 4: Add Buffalo Sauce
Pour the entire jar of Sweet Baby Ray’s Mild Buffalo Wing Sauce over the top.
Step 5: Cook
Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2.5–3 hours until the chicken is tender.
Step 6: Shred Chicken
Shred the chicken directly in the crockpot and mix everything together.
Step 7: Add Cream
Pour in the heavy cream.
Step 8: Add Mozzarella
Add the shredded mozzarella cheese.
Step 9: Add Cheddar
Add the shredded cheddar cheese.
Step 10: Mix
Stir everything together until melted and creamy.
Step 11: Add Pasta
Add the cooked elbow macaroni and mix until fully coated in the sauce.
Step 12: Let Sit
Let it sit on warm for about 10 minutes to thicken before serving.
