Method
Cook bacon until crispy and set aside.
Cook beef, onion, and seasoning.
Cook garlic until fragrant.
Add rice, tomato sauce, and broth.
Simmer until rice is tender.
Mix in cheddar cheese until melted.
Top with bacon and serve hot.
