Crockpot Swedish Meatball Pasta

A creamy, comforting crockpot pasta with meatballs and egg noodles in a rich sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 24–32 oz frozen meatballs
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 12 oz egg noodles

Method
 

  1. Add frozen meatballs to crockpot.
  2. Add soup, gravy mix, broth, and Worcestershire.
  3. Add seasonings and mix.
  4. Cook on HIGH for 2 hours.
  5. Add cooked noodles.
  6. Stir in sour cream.
  7. Garnish with parsley.
  8. Let sit and serve.
