This Crockpot Street Corn Dip is creamy, cheesy, and packed with chili-lime flavor. Made with frozen corn, cream cheese, pepper jack, sour cream, mayo, cilantro, lime juice, and tajin, it’s an easy dump-and-go dip perfect for parties, game day, or snacking.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs frozen corn
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 1 lb pepper jack cheese, shredded or cubed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 Juice of lime
  • 2 to 3 tbsp tajin
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Add frozen corn, cream cheese, pepper jack cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, cilantro, lime juice, and tajin to the crockpot.
  2. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours, stirring after 1 hour.
  3. After 2 hours, stir until creamy and fully combined.
  4. Top with parmesan cheese and extra tajin.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
