Crockpot Salisbury Steak

Tender hamburger patties slow cooked in rich brown gravy with onions and mushrooms.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 premade hamburger patties
  • 1 large onion
  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 packet brown or mushroom gravy mix
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • black pepper

Method
 

  1. Place patties, onions, and mushrooms into crockpot.
  2. Whisk together broth, gravy mix, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings.
  3. Pour gravy mixture over patties.
  4. Cook until patties are tender and gravy is flavorful.
  5. Add cornstarch slurry if needed.
  6. Serve over mashed potatoes or noodles.
