Crockpot Rotel Dip

A hot and creamy crockpot Rotel dip made with cooked ground beef, taco seasoning, Velveeta, cream cheese, Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, diced green chilies, garlic, and Doritos for serving.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 8 oz block cream cheese
  • 2 cans Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 can diced green chilies
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • garlic powder, to taste
  • onion powder, to taste
  • Doritos, for serving

Method
 

  1. Add the cooked and drained ground beef to your crockpot.
  2. Add the taco seasoning, cubed Velveeta cheese, cream cheese, Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, diced green chilies, minced garlic, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour.
  4. Give everything a good stir until the cheeses and ingredients are well combined.
  5. Cover again and cook on HIGH for another 30 minutes, or until everything is hot, creamy, and completely melted.
  6. Stir once more and serve warm over or alongside your favorite Doritos.
