Crockpot Creamy Italian Chicken Pasta

A rich and creamy crockpot pasta made with chicken, Italian dressing, cream cheese, and Parmesan.

Ingredients
  

  • 2–3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • 1–2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 16 oz Olive Garden Italian dressing
  • 12–16 oz penne pasta, cooked
  • 8 oz shredded Parmesan cheese
  • parsley flakes

Method
 

  1. Add the chicken breasts to the crockpot and spread evenly.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Sprinkle minced garlic over the chicken.
  4. Place cream cheese on top.
  5. Pour Italian dressing over everything.
  6. Cook on HIGH for 3 hours.
  7. Shred the chicken and mix into the sauce.
  8. Add cooked penne pasta and stir.
  9. Add Parmesan cheese and mix until creamy.
  10. Cook an additional 10 minutes until heated through.
  11. Garnish with parsley flakes and serve.
