Crockpot Chicken & Stuffing Casserole

Tender shredded chicken, creamy sauce, stuffing, vegetables, and melted cheese slow cooked into the ultimate comfort food casserole.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups chicken broth, divided
  • 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 6 oz box chicken stuffing mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp Kinder’s Buttery Garlic & Herb seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Place chicken in crockpot and season.
  2. Add frozen vegetables over chicken.
  3. Add soup, sour cream, and broth.
  4. Cook until chicken is tender.
  5. Shred chicken and stir into sauce.
  6. Add stuffing mix over top.
  7. Moisten stuffing with remaining broth.
  8. Top with cheddar cheese.
  9. Cook until stuffing is soft and cheese is melted.
  10. Allow to rest briefly before serving.
