Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip

Creamy crockpot buffalo chicken dip made with shredded chicken, Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, cheddar, mozzarella, and ranch dressing.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 8 oz blocks cream cheese
  • 1 16 oz bottle Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Heath Riles Garlic Butter Seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • green onions, optional for garnish

Method
 

  1. Add the chicken breasts to your crockpot.
  2. Season the chicken with ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and Heath Riles Garlic Butter Seasoning.
  3. Pour the entire bottle of Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce over the chicken, then place the cream cheese on top.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours or HIGH for 3 to 4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and shreds easily.
  5. Shred the chicken directly in the crockpot.
  6. Add the ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese to the crockpot.
  7. Stir everything together until the chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch, cream cheese, and shredded cheese are smooth and creamy.
  8. Cover for another 10 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted.
  9. Give the dip one final stir and serve warm with tortilla chips, celery, carrots, or crackers. Garnish with green onions if desired.
