Cheddar Bay Biscuit Casserole

A creamy cheesy chicken casserole topped with buttery Cheddar Bay biscuits.

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 medium chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Kinder’s Buttery Garlic & Herb seasoning
  • 1 box Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and grease baking dish.
  2. Season chicken breasts with seasonings.
  3. Bake chicken until fully cooked.
  4. Shred chicken with forks.
  5. Mix chicken, soup, sour cream, and cheese.
  6. Spread filling into casserole dish.
  7. Prepare biscuit mix and add cheese.
  8. Add biscuit topping over casserole.
  9. Bake until golden brown and bubbly.
  10. Brush garlic butter mixture over biscuits before serving.
